Cream Cheese and Scallion Dip
For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 bunch of chopped scallions
- 6 cloves of finely minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of salted butter
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 12 ounces of grated cheddar cheese
- 1-14 ounce can of artichoke hearts
- 1-10 ounce of chopped spinach
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
Directions:
Place the butter in a skillet. Set the pan in low heat and then add the garlic and scallions. Sauté the two ingredients until the scallions are wilted.
